What is Obesity?
Obesity in medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health like reduce life expectancy, Increase in body mass index , heart disease, diabeties, change in blood preassure, some typical cancer and many more harmful disease.

Causes of Obesity :
Obesity is caused because excessive intake of food than required by the body. Lack of physical activities of a person, due to lazyness of a body etc, Ofcourse we sometime takes more than the required amount of food when it is so delecious and these extra food energy get stored inside our body in the state of fat, sugar etc. If we do more extra physical activities then these extra food energy get burnt, if not then it cause the obesity. And there are many more reasons for obesity.
Treatment for obesity :
I will recommend you first for the word "treatment" always first go for natural treatment if possible ,because it will not have any bad effect to body. if the condition for any disease in crticle then you can go for other treatment,because natural treatment takes time which is not suitable in critical situation.
Well here are the treatments or remedies whatever you assume ,for obesity.
1. Never skip your morning breakfast, it is the most important meal for the whole day to provide sufficient energy.If you skip you will be in hunger and at the time you eat something you will intake like wild, it is unhealthy.
2. More better option is , find out 15 mins in morning and 15 mins in evening, i mean sort out 30 minutes from your busy life for some physical exercise, do jogging and some general exercise as you can.This will burn your fat and calories and make you stay healthy and active.
3. Honey is a good home remedy, take two spoon of lime juice with one spoon of honey in a glass of water. daily in the morning
.
4. Drink ginger tea 2 or 3 times a day, it is good for health as well as obesity too.
5. Most important line for you is "EAT TO LIVE , DON'T LIVE TO EAT" I mean eat only how much food energy is required by your body according to physical work you do. Excessive intake will lead you to this problem.
6. Chew a slice of fresh ginger root a few minutes before meal.You can add some leamon juice, salt, black pepper to taste.
7. Add raw cabbage in your meal. its an excellent remedie for obesity.
8. Reduce, oil, fat, tasteful species, chinese salt etc from your food.
